The QMHOA Assistance Service is operated by a small group of volunteers with many years of experience with the laws that govern Residential Parks. They are familiar with the legislation involved, the complexities of Site Agreements and the various forms required for sale of homes, dispute resolution etc.
Members can obtain assistance on a particular issue, on completing forms, support in mediation hearings or help with compiling evidence when a matter goes to a Tribunal hearing.
Many home owners living in residential parks never need the QMHOA Assistance Service, but our members agree that it is comforting to know that the service is there if you need it.

When choosing options 2 or 3 please ensure you include your name, contact details including email and phone and the name of your Residential Park, as well as details of the problem you wish to have addressed.
Queensland Manufactured Home Owners Association Inc. (QMHOA) is an organisation dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of manufactured home owners in Queensland.
We assist members in understanding the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 which governs residential parks and the site agreements (contracts) made under that Act, especially in relation to the settling of disputes between home owners and park operators.
