This Ordinary Membership Application form is suitable for individuals and households where there are multiple occupants. Where you have chosen to join more than one individual in a household as an ordinary member you will choose one person to be the nominated member and add the other individual’s names where applicable in the form.

$20 per year

This Association Membership Application form is suitable for Home Owner Committees and Resident’s Associations. An Association Member will receive information from QMHOA that they can freely distribute internally to all members of their Home Owner Association and homeowners and residents in their manufactured home park.
