QMHOA’s Submission re The Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act, Amendments Bill 2024
The Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act Amendments Bill 2024 is now being considered by the Housing, Big Build and Manufacturing Parliamentary Committee. The committee have now called for submissions from the public in respect to the Bill. This is an opportunity for home owners in parks to comment on the Bill and call for any changes to it that they think are necessary.
As you are aware the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Amendment Bill 2024 has been presented to Parliament and is currently before the Housing, Big Build and Manufacturing Committee for review. QMHOA have made a submission to this committee on our reaction to the amendments proposed.
