Notices of Motions

Please see explanations below of the two Motions that will be put to members as per the agenda.

  1. Appointment of Auditor

Etairos Accounting have acted as Auditors for ARPQ for the past 3 years and have been found to be extremely competent and helpful. Accordingly, we see no reason to change.

  1.  Membership fees

As required in section 8 of our constitution it is the responsibility of a General Meeting of members to set membership fees and for this reason the motion is included in the General Meeting agenda. The interim management committee in an effort to meet the increasing costs involved in keeping members informed and continuing our program of assistance and advocacy have proposed that ordinary membership fees shall be set at $20.00 per annum (to be extended to include partners in the same household) and Association membership fees shall be set at $75.00 per annum.

I hope to see as many members as possible either in-person or on-line via Zoom on the 22nd.

Roger Marshall | President

Queensland Manufactured Home Owners Association Inc.
