Manufactured Home Owners Association Inc. is offering Home Owner Committee in Manufactured Home Park and Resorts across Queensland a chance to join our association for a fee of $30.00. This new membership, will allow one designated person on the committee to liaise with our committee in regards to general questions and points of concern with the Act, the Park Rules, Management, Contracts, and any item that falls within the jurisdiction of these areas. MHOA will not engage with the committee on any one resident’s issues, as we believe this is a breach of our confidenitality rules and is at cross purposes with the ethos and our guidelines of working with home owners of manufactured homes directly and with discretion and privacy. The HOC can apply for membership using our forms on line or printed and will also have access to our members only area once paid and registered.
